Cape Coral Custom Build is not a licensed general contractor and does not self-perform construction. Our role is to coordinate the project on behalf of the client—overseeing timelines, permits, material procurement, inspections, and subcontractor communication. We work in collaboration with a licensed general contractor or provide coordinator support for self-managed builds. Currently we only provide services to clients with funds readily available; financing is not offered.
